Coomber Fire and Security Systems are a NSI Gold and BAFE approved company located in the Southwest, who are looking for skilled engineers in the following roles:

Fire and Security Engineer: Installations and Service

Electrical Engineer: Installations

This is to add to their ever-growing team which currently provides high quality service for our clients in and around Somerset area. The role requires a highly motivated individual with an expressed interest in the life safety and security industry.

Key Requirements: (Training can be provided)

Knowledge of British Standards and Manufacturer guidelines

Technical background in life safety and security systems

Fault-finding skills and the ability to rectify faults quickly and efficiently

Good communication and customer service skills

Full UK driving license

Key Responsibilities: (Depending On Role)

Planning and organising the Installation of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems

Planning and organising the Installation of Security/CCTV and Access control systems

Carrying out the Servicing/Fault Finding of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems

Carrying out the Servicing/Fault Finding of Security/CCTV and Access control systems

Strong team working ability

Keeping accurate records of work carried out and completing reports and paperwork as required

Participating in the on-call rota for out of hours emergency callouts (subject to experience)

Salary: 30-35K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 with OTE depending on experience
